My first design. L.E.D motion light tube

This design consists of L.E.D lights in a tube and three separate L.E.D lights are attached to an individual motion sensor in the white translucent glass or plastic tube so when you walk past it the light is seemingly following you. The color of the light are yet to be decided on. It was originally going to be blue although i have looked up the L.E.D light expenses and it appears that the color blue is much more expensive then Red or Green. I have thought about it and threw my experience of walking threw houses it also seems that a red L.E.D light wouldn't suit any of them so its now up to the consumers or the target market to decide on the color i should do. I would definitely like an opinion or 2 on this. The reason i don't want to spend to much money on this is because it is just a project and I would be making little to non profit.
